An LL Media company
A storefront built for your audience, not for a marketplace.
Most creator merch lives on a generic shop that treats your audience like strangers. We design, build and run a store that behaves like part of your channel — and we run the boring end of it for you, permanently.
What yours could look like
These are ideas, not a menu. Yours gets built from scratch around your channel — your colors, your voice, moving the way you already move — and it will not look like anyone else’s. Start with whichever one feels closest to you.
SuitsA beauty and lifestyle channel whose audience shops the way they watch — fast, warm, and on a phone.
SuitsA hardware and sim-racing channel whose viewers read spec sheets for fun and expect the same rigor from the store.
SuitsA music and visual-art channel where the shop is part of the artwork and every run sells out on sight.
What we build
The whole thing, then we keep running it.
Not a template with your logo dropped in the corner. A storefront designed around what you actually make, and an operation behind it so you never touch a shipping label.
Storefront design
Built to match your channel, not a stock theme. Your typefaces, your colors, your tone of voice on the buttons. It should look like you made it, because effectively you did.
Products and checkout
Physical, print on demand, or digital. Sizes, variants, stock, tax, shipping rates and a checkout that does not lose people on the last step, which is where most creator stores quietly bleed.
Fulfillment and restocks
Orders go out, stock gets watched, reorders happen before you sell out. You approve the products; everything after that is ours.
Customer support
Where is my order, wrong size, damaged in transit. Those emails are answered by us in your store's voice, so a bad delivery does not turn into a bad comment section.
Numbers you can read
What each product makes after platform fees, print costs and shipping — and which video or stream actually drove the sale. Not a dashboard you have to decode.
It stays yours
Your domain, your store, your customer list, your payment account. If you ever leave, it leaves with you. We are running it, not renting it to you.
Why it sells
Your audience is not shopping. They are watching.
That is the whole difference. A marketplace is built for people who arrived wanting to buy something. Your store gets people who arrived to watch you, and it has to convert that instead.
Built around the content, not the catalogue.
A generic shop sits there waiting. Yours is wired to what you are posting this week, so the thing you just mentioned is the thing on the page when they arrive.
- Drops timed to what you postThe store changes when the upload goes out. A drop tied to a video moment outsells the same product sitting on a shelf all year.
- Native to where they already areLink in bio, stream overlay, description links, pinned comment. Every route lands somewhere that makes sense instead of a generic homepage.
- Members and regulars priced differentlySubscribers, members and returning buyers can see their own pricing and early access, so the people who show up most are treated like it.
- You find out what actually workedWhich post drove which sale, so next quarter's products are chosen from evidence instead of a hunch.
Pricing
Two ways in, and one of them is free.
We are the store arm of a creator management company. If we already represent you, this is part of what you are getting. If we do not, we will still build it — we just have to talk first.
If we manage you
Free — included
Part of the deal
Every creator on the LL Media roster gets the store built, run and supported at no cost. Not a discount, not a first year rate. It is simply one of the things management covers.
- Design, build and launch
- Fulfillment, restocks and support, ongoing
- Drops planned alongside your content calendar
If we do not
Quoted — after a call
Consultation first
We will not put a number on a page, because the honest one depends on what you sell, how much of it, and how much of the operation you want to hand over. The call is free and you leave with a fixed quote.
- Free consultation, no obligation
- Fixed quote, not an hourly rate
- Build only, or build and we run it
Worth saying plainly: the cheapest way to get a store from us is to be represented by us. If you are weighing both, start with the roster application — it costs nothing to find out.
How it goes
Four steps to a store that runs itself.
We talk
What you make, who buys it, and what you have tried already. Thirty minutes, no deck.
We plan the products
What to launch with, what it costs to make, what it should sell for. You approve the list before anything is designed.
We build it
Storefront, products, checkout, shipping and the links that point at it. You see it before anyone else does.
We run it
Orders, restocks, support and a monthly read on what sold and why. You go back to making things.
Consultations open
Tell us what you would sell.
Every enquiry gets a reply inside 48 hours. If you are already on the LL Media roster, say so and we will skip straight to the build.
